How can you choose the right string pillow? Firstly, measure the original string pillow's length, width (at the bottom), and height (at the highest point), and record the measurements. Secondly, choose a string pillow that is slightly longer or of the same length as the original, which could be achieved through polishing the ends. Finally, measure the gap between the slots of the 1-6 strings on the upper pillow and find a suitable or almost matching size. The tolerance for the gap is within 2mm.
